Open the package carefully to prevent damage to the condom.
Find a comfortable position for insertion. The more common positions are squatting, sitting or lying down while lifting one leg.
Before insertion, make sure that the closed end is the one hanging down.
If the condom is too dry, add more lubricant to ease insertion.
Squeeze the inner ring with your thumb and middle finger, which will make the sheath long and narrow. Insert the inner ring and sheath into the vaginal opening.
As you feel it going in, place the index finger inside the condom and continue to push the inner ring as far as it will go.
Make sure that you have inserted the condom straight and not twisted.
