Painted, Wide Tongue:

1. Stick your tongue out of your mouth as far as you possibly can.

2. Try touching your nose with your tongue as you start moving it around while holding the muscle groups still.

3. Using step 2, perform three sets while moving your tongue up and down and three sets using a circular motion.

Painted, Round Tongue:

1. Point your tongue and try to touch it against the roof of your mouth while you simultaneously touch the bottom of your mouth with the bottom side of your tongue.

2. When in position, move the tongue in and out of your mouth while keeping it hard and round.

3. After mastering step 2, keep your tongue inside your mouth and circle it around while maintaining the position in step 1.

Flat, Soft, Bread Tongue:

1. Keeping your tongue in your mouth, rest it gently on the bottom teeth.

2. Once the tongue is in position, slowly move it out of your mouth while performing five, 2-second repetitions each of curling your tongue side-to-side, up and down.

Flat, Hard, Bread Tongue:

1. Flatten your tongue against the bottom palate of your mouth while covering your bottom teeth with your mouth.

2. With the muscles in your mouth, move your tongue around and side-to-side.

3. Move the tongue in-and-out of your mouth while keeping it flat, hard and wide.

Reverse Tongue:

1. Attempt to turn your tongue upside down in your mouth.

2. While maintaining this position, stick your tongue out of your mouth.

Curled Tongue:

1. Curl the two sides of your tongue as you try to touch them.

2. While maintaining this position, stick your tongue outside of your mouth and circle your tongue clockwise and then counter clockwise.

Special Notes:

To help keep the tongue from becoming dry, start out by making the tip of your tongue slightly wet with your own saliva.

Whenever the tongue starts to become dry, remoisten it with your own saliva but don’t drool.

If your experience difficulty at keeping the tongue moist, try flavored oil as a rough tongue does not pleasure most women.

Even if your tongue is staying moist you might want to try one of the many flavored oils.

Practicing With Your Partner:
Once you understand the tongue positions, practice them with your partner. Using the positions you have been learning, touch different parts of her vulva with your tongue.
