Angled Fist
 Allow your hand and arm to form an angle with your shaft. Place four fingers on top of the shaft at a diagonal and your thumb below. Unlike the fist technique, you get more control and contact regardless of the length of your shaft and you are able to maneuver your hand along its entire length.
