1) Membership is not required, therefore no information disclosure is required to view the information in Ask Uncle Terry, to ask a question, or to post on the blog.

2) Ask Uncle Terry is free. There is no cost associated with viewing any information, to ask Uncle Terry a question, or to post on the blog. Sites outside of AUT but linked to from AUT may involve fees that are set by that site without any control, association, or input from AUT.

3) We at Ask Uncle Terry do not store any cookie or IP information.

4) AUT does not require or collect any personal information. Any blog post saying they represent AUT or its affiliates requiring you provide personal contact information is fraudulent and appropriate action, including, but not limited to, legal action may be taken against the parties representing themselves as part of AUT.

5) If you choose to provide a blog link to a homepage or a link to any outside site AUT is not responsible for any outcomes. If you provide a link to a webpage with private information we suggest that you use caution. Any information you provide to an outside website from a link anywhere within AUT, including advertisers in AUT, is done at your own risk and is not the responsibility of AUT. Advertisers may require membership, therefore asking for the disclosure of private information. Any disclosure of information required by outside sites is set by that site and with no involvement by AUT. Any outside site whether linked to from AUT or not or found in any manner, that states that AUT or its affiliates requires that you provide them personal contact information or payment as a requirement of AUT or its affiliates, in affiliation with AUT or its affiliates, as a result from a referral from AUT and its affiliates, or any association with or mention of AUT and its affiliates is fraudulent and appropriate action, including, but not limited to, legal action may be taken against the parties . AUT reserves the right to delete any website links provided.

6) Any personal information provided by you in a question to Uncle Terry will not be posted in the question or the answer for Uncle Terry. AUT will immediately delete the personal information from your question with no record of the information being kept in any way.

7) Contact to AUT is through online form with no personal information being required.

Although AUT and it affiliates does not collect any personal information, if there are any posts, or questions about illegal activities or where there is possible harm to oneself (for example, but not limited to suicide threats) or harm another individual whether it be an adult or minor (for example, but not limited to spousal or child abuse), AUT will share any and all information to appropriate law enforcement agencies. AUT does not support, encourage, or endorse any illegal activity. Harassing, threatening, or intimidation of bloggers or person asking a question is strictly prohibited. AUT and its affiliates will co-operate with inquiries from law enforcement agencies.

9) You must be 18 or the legal age in your community to read information on, click on any advertisers on AUT, ask a question, or participate in the blog. You must agree to all the terms in the warning which is posted on every page. By remaining on AUT, you acknowledge that you agree to all the terms in the warning and that you are of legal age to view adult material.
